First Tattoo (Parents, Comments, Personal Opinions) // Monday's Date // Mink

HEY YALL

So on the 13th of Dec 2013 16:37 i officially got my first tattoo hehe.
Ritche knew that i've been looking for a tattoo design since many months ago and he came across a really nice skull drawing and i loved it. Have been contemplating since a few months back and my desire for it just got stronger LOL.

If you're curious to know whether my parents know about it, the answer is yes.
They weren't supportive and started off with rational reasoning like "oh, next time grow up skin will be wrinkly very ugly" "will regret" "affect your future" then they got really irrational and said "disrespectful towards us" "is that how you repay us over the years of kindness" (LOLOL) and the most ridiculous part was when they started sending articles of how people die from getting a tattoo because they're allergic. HAHAHA.

If you think they're right then correct me on how it's disrespectful or whatever k, thanks.it makes no sense to me.

At first i really wanted to just keep it quiet and not tell my friends about it but i know many of them want to be informed of such things before i actually go ahead with it (idk why leh actually)? Most of them would confirm say things like "OMG WHY YOU NEVER TELL ME????" then i will go on explaining then they'll say "nvm i know i am not important" then i'll be like "............" so to save myself from such situations i (had to tell) told a few of them.
I kinda regretted having told most of them, cause i got very undesirable comments from people who don't appreciate tattoos lols. I dont know which is worse, not telling them about it or getting all their not very welcoming comments. Honestly speaking for some of them i didn't even ask for their comments but idk why they went on to give their unwanted opinions.
I KNEW i should have been telling friends from outside school, those who are more interested in tattoos and more similar to me. Whatever seriously.

Comments that i received before getting the tattoo and my personal opinions:
1. What is that? Demon? - Friend 1
2. Honeycomb with skull ah? - Friend 2
My answer:It's geometric, they're hexagons.
3. WAH DAMN NICE SIA WTF - Friend 3 (not from SOTA)
4. Think about whether you still want a skull on your back when you're older - Friend 4
My thoughts:
I am sure people who ever thought of getting a tattoo will question the same thing, and go on to think it's not worth the risk of regretting it in the future and all. But honestly speaking, there is not 1 tattoo design in the world that exists, which is suitable for an 80 year old.
If you're afraid you'll regret a tattoo design that you like, just think it over months whether you really like it. I would only regret not getting it.
5. Is there a significance to the tattoo? - Friend 39487163 (common question)
My answer:
No. I have been wanting a tattoo since damn long ago. I have never been able to find a reason or significance behind it. I dont see a need to force a meaning to it either LOL. I think if people keep asking and i get irritated i'll go on to say it's a reflection of me 100years down the road HAHAHA. Good enough for you?
6. NO i'm not supportive!!! - Friend 6
My thoughts:
Thanks, it sure feels good to know that you're not supportive of a tattoo i'm getting. That's really sensitive of you you know?
7. You should really get it it's nice - Friend 7 (again,NOT FROM SOTA)
8. It's nice and it's something i would love to have on myself. - Mr Boyfriend hehe

Anyway i decided to post the photo of my tattoo on instagram and i received quite a few comments / texts telling me it's nice haha. Sure did feel really good after people told me it's nice, cause after receiving all the negative feedback before my tattoo i did think for a moment, whether i'm the only weirdo who likes it.

I guess most of my friends who are mainly from SOTA just can't appreciate it??? Those outside of school seem to like it so so SOOOO much more lolol.
I've always known that i differ in many ways in comparison to people from my school anw. After a year of being myself, i just see more and more differences REALLY. After i left my school, after i left my ex who always controlled my fashion sense (i had to change out all the time, have arguments over what i buy or wear), i was able to express myself so much more.
I AM SO FUCKING GLAD I AM AWAY FROM THAT SCHOOL/EX.
Whatever really if you don't like my tattoo just stfu. I DONT GIVE A FUCK AS TO WHAT YOU THINK THANKS.

I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS HEHE i feel, like i have a masterpiece, work of art right on my back. Wow didn't even realize how pissed off i was after receiving so many ridiculous comments HAHAHA. Sure feels good to rant it all out.

PART ONE: Some sort of paper used to imprint the tattoo, works as a guide.
I was sitting there getting damn damn damn fucking nervous LOL. I didn't use numbing cream which takes effect for an hour, cause i wanted to feel the sensation of a tattoo HAHA. Friend said i was siao for not getting the numbing cream for that reason but whatever it was worth the pain anyway.

PART 2: Outline of the tattoo was done AFTER AN HOUR.
(i thought it looked really weird and got really worried and it's just because the shading wasn't done that's why HAHA)
The sound of the tattoo tool really reminded me of a drill, or those stuff that dentists use. And the sensation was really like a mini drill against your skin.
The needle isn't as scary as it looks LOL.
At some points the pain can get really sharp, like a 8/10 and some parts just don't hurt at all. I honestly think that the massage at taiwan was A LOT more painful than this HAHAH. THAT WAS HELL.

PART 3: Shading is completed. The whole tattoo process was 2 hours and 13 minutes for mine. Non stop btw except for a short 5 min break for the artist to take a smoke HAHA. It was 2 hours and 13 minutes of non stop pain, ALL WORTH IT!
The cost of the tattoo was only $50. I know what you're thinking like WTF RIGHT. My friend did a triangle, that cost $80 already. My other friend enquired about a quote tattoo, $250 already. Imagine if i did this at a shop, it'll probably be 10 times more expensive like $500 or more. Anyway it was at an extremely special price because Ritche has a tattoo artist friend! Lucky lucky me.

Extremely in love with this photo taken by Ritche hehe

If you're wondering if it still hurts the answer is yes LOL. I am still having troubles removing my clothes and putting them on up till now. I can't lie on my back when i'm sleeping. When the bus comes to a stop and i bounce back against my seat IT HURTS LIKE A BITCH. I can't wear most of my cardigans because THEY'RE KNIT. I couldnt wear white on day 1 and 2 after the tattoo BECAUSE MY SKIN WAS BLEEDING. Even after so many complaints it's still worth it hehehh. Aiya everything comes with a price what? My navel piercing was painful too???

Yesterday's date!

yoyo vassup hahahahhah

I AM IN LOVE WITH MY SNEAKER WEDGES! I have always hated heels/wedges that are shorter than 10cm cause they look really weird and aunty-looking in my opinion. BUT THIS IS THE ONLY EXCEPTION IN MY SHOE COLLECTION. It's only 10cm high eh. Plus it's super comfortable! Can't wait to update this under the preorders section on www.stylehacks.net hehehe.

Blue transparent bag is also going to be launched under preorders on my site! Maybe just at $15?
It was actually raining heavily yesterday and i had my camera and phone in my bag but cause the bag is made of rubber nothing was wet LOL.

CoCo Ichibanya for dinner at Somerset 313!

Mink the other night! This was quite a few days ago, but i really had a whole lot of fun so i just had to include this in the post hehe.

We were there with our mutual friends (and a whole bunch of people we didnt know) + 10 or more bottles of alcohol in the club. Somehow everyone kept wanting to tar with my boyfriend LOL so he ended up drinking A LOT. Thankfully both of us didn't drink too much to get drunk but extremely high hahaha.
I remembered how Ritche had to do something for awhile (i forgot what) then i danced with this random girl and she complimented my figure it was extremely awkward HAHAHA she must have been drunk or blind. We were really really crazy till like 5+am and we both agreed we will leave before it hits 6am cause it'll be hard to get a cab but we still ended up dancing till 6am LOL. 5 hours of non stop dancing i felt like i was about to die but i had A LOT of fun still. Really reminds me of the first time i met Ritche in Zouk. :)

ANYWAYS i am going to do a Christmas youtube cover with Luna tomorrow! Sure hope it'll turn out well hehe. AND IT'S 11 DAYS TO CEBU omg i miss the bread. Don't judge ok their bread is the best i've ever had in my life. You wont understand if you havent been there. If you do go there eat bread.

Ok till next time ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
