Christmas Lights and Dinner

GREETINGS FROM CEBU~~~ i'm already here on my 3rd day but i'll only blog on my trip after i'm back!

These are photos during the christmas period when Ritche was still very ill and down with his dengue fever.
Thankfully we still managed to go to Cebu because his platelets count increased and wasn't in danger, if not he would have had to go to the hospital :(

We went to town the other day to meet my parents for a Christmas dinner before my dad drove us for a spin around orchard road from one end to the other so we could look at the Christmas lights of almost every mall! I bet most of you have only seen like ION, Orchard Central or Scape right cause who still goes to places like Paragon, Centerpoint and Tanglin anymore???? Though their Christmas decorations were the best in my opinion!

Anyway i've been looking for such a cardi for super long since like months ago but i'm very particular with details when it comes to outerwears so i couldn't find a suitable one??? Even at topshop or bershka etc. It's damn rare for me to be looking for a particular piece of clothing and i'm so glad i found it FINALLY!
Can't wait for it to be featured on the site hehe

My poor boyfriend was still so lethargic even after sleeping his whole day away.
JUST LOOK AT HIM OMG HE FELL ASLEEP WITH A HANGER IN HIS ARMS

Super ugly decor at Orchard Central and apparently their Christmas decorations was voted one of the best for 2013 ARE YOU KIDDING ME

Ended up with dinner at the newly opened Tony Roma's outlet situated at Orchard Central!

If i didn't remember wrongly this soup was called Baked Potato and i am indeed a potato fan.
The soup tasted SO DAMN GOOD there were bacon bits within, mixed with the onion and potato it was really just like a baked potato but soup edition!
LOL I would rather have this than the real thing honestly

My parents always insist on having vege in any meal so there you go
&&&& every single time the vege comes and they don't see me eating much of it my mom would start going on about how "If you want good complexion you need to eat more vege ah melody!!!" omg parents

Sick boy actually feeling cold even though he's wearing jeans, and a shirt inside his hoodie wtf. Even when we were just outside the mall in room temperature he was feeling cold already. Damn poor thing :(

I LOVE SALMON but this was sadly just average. The thing i liked most would be the mashed potato which was again, something like a baked potato edition with the bacon bits, onion and cheese on top! I'll probably come back to tony roma's just for potato LOL

Family feast set with chicken and ribs, 2 BAKED POTATOES (again) and potato salad side wtf so we had like 5 potatoes in 1 meal already

Apparently the family feast is meant for 2 people WHAT A LIE
the 4 of us were having such a hard time trying to finish it LOL

Parents were rather worried about Ritche's sickness,so my mom started talking about how she'll boil weird stuff that's meant for cough (but tastes terrible).
Then she kept insisting that he has to go over to my place so she could boil it for him, but we didn't have the time so she made us go to NTUC to buy the ingredients for Ritche to cook it himself LOL.

She's damn persistent,i think you can tell from this one simple example. IF you tell her like "no la it's okay thank you! i have medicine" or whatever,
AS LONG AS YOU SAY NO in any manner she'll just automatically think that you're stubborn you don't believe in her methods you don't trust her you are a bad person you don't appreciate her suggestion SO YUP never say no HAHAHA. #mylife #19yearsoflivinglikethis #idontknowhowisurvivediteither

And lastly centerpoint! Not bad la but their decorations from many years ago when i was still a kid was WAYYY better

That pretty much sums up my Christmas this year! Couldn't go for many celebration plans we had in mind because ritche was extremely sick.
but i'm glad we didn't go ahead with our plans if not he'll probably land up in the hospital.
It's 9.30pm now but i'm feeling extremely sleepy already HAHAH i think i'm becoming a pig and sloth combined together ever since i came to Cebu. Oh well.

Next post would be about Garden's by the bay! And this, is actually my 99th blog post
CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? 99 posts in a year HAHA.
